David has over 25 years of experience in Customer Support, Contact Centres and Outsourcing, including 17 years at Microsoft in a Senior Director role responsible for Global Contact Centre Outsourcing. He has also worked in consulting roles focused on improving customer service processes and reducing the cost of support in various sectors, including Technology, Facilities Management, Transport and Retail. As a Client Director, David is focused on helping clients develop their CX Strategies and deliver them in the most effective way. Once a project is underway, his focus is on ensuring client expectations are surpassed and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
